Changemanagement

Today's working world is characterized by restructuring and reorganization. Typical employee behaviors are regularly observed before, during and after changes. Depending on various variables (timing, predictability, desirability, company and team history, individual career plans), changes are experienced differently and have a corresponding impact on performance. Depending on your personality and previous experiences, different feelings (e.g. fear, uncertainty, resignation, shock, anger, hope, joy, confidence) are triggered. These reactions need to be handled situationally and individually.
